Mutual Respect
This fundamental British Value is something that we believe is vital if we are to learn to have meaningful communication, tolerance of each other and the understanding that we are all entitled to our opinion. It encourages us to listen more than we speak and to be open to new ideas. If we understand that our actions have an impact on others, we can begin to develop our own rules, morals and respect for all.
Children in Need
The children have come together to celebrate 'Children in Need Day' and raised money for this very special charity.
We know that we can work together as a community to ensure everyone feels respected.
One of our three school learning behaviours that we focus on is 'Cooperation'. We learn to cooperate in all sorts of ways in a variety of situations. This helps us to understand how to look after each other, respect each other's ideas and differences in order to solve problems.
We understand that we need to respect our world and that we should make every effort to reduce, reuse and recycle.
